Magic Info - i Premium_Problem-EWF

Hello everyone i have 8 Samsung 230Mxn with MagicInfo - i Premium Client version 1009.3 and MagicInfo - I Premium Server version 1009.4.
Working with this problematic EWF filter is awfully.
The 230Mxn is with windows XP embedded Standard edition with Service Pack 3 and activated EWF filter.
Even I disable EWF the errors aren't stopping:"svchost.exe" stop working or "Cannot Open Dr.Watson Log File" .
When I am working with enabled EWF I "commit" every change I made and it works sometimes, sometimes not.
Sometimes when I try to change for example IP address of the TV and click "commit" the TV begin to restart endlessly and in the end I have to restore the OS Image.
In addition 230Mxn TVs somehow losses its Audio Microsoft Kernel DRM Audio Discrambler driver.

Can somebody tell me if they have had similar problems and how they fix them.
Does somebody use this software without EWF filter?

I had some problems with my EWF manager on the 400fp-3, I'm not sure if the OS is the same.  But if you go into the cmd prompt and enter ewfmgr alone what does it say?

Also, do you have a SIM or another type of computer unit?

Im not an expert, but if you're re-imaging the entire OS system it sounds like it could possibly be a hardware issue or your OS image is faulty.

Not much help I know, but hopefully some of this additional information may help the experts figure out your issue.
