Failed to download scn file :: Failed ::
« on: December 21, 2009, 11:40:05 PM »
Just recently I can't get several of my units to publish any files.  I tried basic smaller files and larger files... The status bar turns green, it reads 100%, and states publish complete, but nothing is on the screen.  When you click on the drop down box next to the publish complete reading the text file states all files published were a success, but the last sentence says:  Failed to download scn file :: Failed ::
Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks
John

John,

1) Can you publish a ticker message successfully?
2) Is the firewall enabled on the TV screen you are looking to publish to?

Found the problem.  Content server was recently installed and was blocking the clients from communicating with the server.  Thanks for the insight.

This is confusing. What is the problem? Have you installed codecs for the videos?
