Using Software Thru SonicWall VPN

I am trying to connect using MagicInfo Pro to a 500DXN at another location. I can not get the software to connect to the screen. This subnets are the same across our network. Anyone have a solution or a step that I might have missed?

It's always difficult to assess everyone's network infrastructure, so it is a hit and miss thing. Maybe the best way to do this, is to set your MagicInfo pro server/scheduler with a static IP address and then set your Client to find that IP address.

I have had a managed switch that did teh same to me, and I finally penetrated it through this facility.
