NO NETWORK SCHEDULE TO DOWNLOAD

PLEASE HELP!!!
MagicInfoLite screen was connected  and added to the server but the problem as shown on the screen is  “ no network schedule to download “
Contents were added and Schedules were created on the portal ,time on the server and device are the same but still  can’t download schedules

Which version of MagicInfo Server and which LFD model do you have?

Hi,

You can check MI Server version in lower left corner of MI web console (must be logged in). It should be something like "MagicInfo Lite Server Build NA-MILS-200x.x".
Also, find model sticker on back side of LFD with model code. It should start with LH55.......
