Users getting 1054 error on attempted content upload

We have been live for a couple weeks on the Samsung Magic Premium software version 2005.0.  One user who is setup as a "Content Schedule Manager" has been having trouble uploading content (PowerPoint 2010 files) the last few days and we have had to login as our admin account to upload it.  Any thoughts on how to correct this?

We have tried both FTP and HTTP upload to no avail.
