Problems with Magicinfo Pro Server on W2003 Server

Hello,

yesterday we changed our root password from Magicinfo Pro Server, but now it will not start anymore.
The magicinfopro.exe runs 10s and stops himself.
I reinstalled Magicinfo Pro, same problem..

What can I do?

sry, we changed NOT the root password from MagicInfo Pro, we changed the Administrator password from Windows 2003 Server!
