Hello All,

i installed MagicInfo Server Lite successfull on a Windows 7 Computer 64 bit.

When i try to get a Free Lizense key i get an error message:

Contact the SLM-Server. Errorcode 4345

The computer is connected to internet, but get no licens key.

Is tehre any help for this issue available?

Did you log in as admin and click the free license key button?

Yes,  Nowhere in any documentation OR anyone from Samsung that I contacted told me that I needed to login as admin FIRST.  In previous versions I just logged in as the administrator account I created during the installation and created the free license there.  It was only after version 3 that a login as "admin" was needed first to create any licenses.

It would be nice if there was documentation on that (or really anything)

Anyone I've tried to get support with regarding MagicInfo has been far from helpful.  Seems they had a great idea for a product, half ass deployed it and have no one outside of Korea that knows how to work it or can provide support for it beyond the basics (which, sometimes is even a stretch)
