Hi everyone,

Does anyone have a contact that I can use for someone from Samsung that supports MagicInfo? I can no longer publish and having a hard time finding someone that can help me with the troubleshooting process.

If you are in  *CENSORED*  America, Samsung used to have a third party assistance hotline at 1 (866) 726-4249

I have not used this in 2 years, so I don't know if it is still running, but they were instrumental in solving some issues when I was first getting my feet wet.

I have had help in the UK a couple of years ago.

Have you tried emailing or phoning using the US contacts here?
