I've set up a slide that contains web content. Preview out of MagicInfo Author looks great, but when we load it to a screen the content loads as if on a mobile device (i.e. a responsive page loads with the mobile header). Does anyone know what might be causing this?

the samsung LFD build-in browser is a stripped down android based html5 browser, similar to a mobile browser.
To get the full site on the screen you could try to use css media queries, or maybe set an IP exception in the mobile header
