Schedule Message not displaying

I have scheduled a message, but it's not displayed on screen. Magic info Server status is "displayed". Schedule date and time are OK, regional settings as well. What's wrong?

I have the same problem here with a DC55E, FW: T-NT14DEDWWC 1022.0. Regional settings = Germany. In the Schedule-Message-Menu it shows "Display", but nothing on Display. Anyone has a solution for this. Does anyone know what the reason could be? Thanks a lot.

I have DB48E's and I'm kind of having the same issue. My schedule content will run for awhile, but then the TV's will go black and quit displaying the content. However, if I rerun the scheduled content, the TV's will display it for some time. I have six TV's and each TV will do this, but it's at random times and there's nothing consistent about it. Does anybody have any suggestions?
