Is there anyway to access the webserver via public IP? I'm able to access the server at http://localhost:7001/MagicInfo.

You can forward 7001 port to your public IP on your modem router. This way you can access to server at lets say http://85.123.82.98:7001/MagicInfo.

forwarded port 7001 on the modem/router still unable to access externally via http://publicIP:7001/MagicInfo I'm able to access it at http://192.168.0.150:7001/MagicInfo via other devices connected locally.
