Like, I'm having the following problem, my client has the magic info installed, with a new license and it worked well, in a moment the magic info page did not load, the client changed the ip or updated the server, and the page I started loading but it looks as if I did not have any license placed, and when I put the same license I had before, I get the following error text not support the product, I would need to know what I can do to solve this problem.-

Dear David,

I am afraid you need to content the reseller of your license. I think your license is still registered with the old system information and therefore cannot be added again. Your contact point should deactivate your license on the SECSLM Samsung site. Then you can activate your license again.
