Rahul,

Did the screen download the content? You can find this back in the next tab Content download status.

Are the timings of your content in your schedule correct?
Perhaps also good to investigate are the time settings of your screen.

Hope this supports you in finding the right solution.

Kind regards,
Pepijn.

There are multiple reasons that this can commonly happen, including:

Device disconnecting from the internet
Distance your device is from the wireless router or internet access point
Poor/unstable internet connection
Device staying on for an extended period of time with no reboots

If you have any additional questions on troubleshooting connectivity issues, reach out to your service support team.

Looks like this can be an issue of the system reboot. Any media or technology device running for an extended period without being rebooted will commonly run into these kind of normal issues. Devices have drivers and processors that will need to be restarted occasionally. Most of the indoor digital signage displays, you can set up a daily reboot.

There may be multiple reason. Check first if there is any issue with the software and then hardware, and if you can't solve it by own then communicate with the provider. They will assist you well with this issue.
