Greetings everyone, I'm having trouble with one of our 22 displays.
The problem is the one described on the subject.
I have a device (Model: QM43R-B) that's been acting up, it stays connected for no more than 10 minutes, then it appears offline on MagicInfo, but if you ping the display it responds correctly.
It's the only different display we have, the other 21 are model DM32E.
We moved it to a different network and it still doing the same, when you restart it, it stays connected, shortly after it appears offline.
We tried updating the firmware to no avail.
I've ran out of things to try and would love some guidance if you have any advice or troubleshoot or whatever, I'm willing to try anything before giving up on it and toss it in the storage room.
I kindly await for your response.

best regards.

Renan.-

Dear rgonzalez,

Perhaps you can test the network connection by connecting a screen that fully functions to the same network connection.

I must say I have seen before that screens can have a malfunctioning network card. You can also get in contact with your hardware contact to see if you have a warranty on it.

Kind regards,
Pepijn.

Dear Pepijn
I already tested the connection and it doesn't seem to be the issue,
I'm guessing the device got its network card malfunctioning or something, cause it's the only device that's having issues in any network it is in.
Thank you for your reply, unfortunately for me, it doesn't solve the problem
thanks again anyways!
i think i'll use this device locally using a pendrive to pass the information i need.
unless anyone else can think of something else hehe.
Best regards
