Magicinfo only video, No audio when published to the screen with few videos

Downloaded few videos from youtube and uploaded in magicinfo server to play, but video is playing without audio on the screen.

Two thoughts: Is volume turned up using Remote Management?
Is audio enabled on the Client?
Using the remote, have you turned up the volume on the screen?
