Cannot connect to client & Clients won't run schedule

I have 8 400xn screens which have been running scheduled screens for over a week now.
Today 4 of them are showing as not connected in the server schedule screen even though they are switched on and have been re-booted several times and they are running the magic default screen and not the scheduled screen which has been set to run for a month.
Have de-activated firewalls. I am able to ping them but cannot get the server to connect to them or publish to them.
Is there an easy way to delete them from the server and then get the server to re-find them?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your cabling... This sounds like a network error to me.
If you want to delete the monitors from the server, go to the third tab (clock) and point to each monitor and press the Del button. That will remove the monitor name from your server.
