(Ask) Using Magicinfo Pro VideoWall

My company use 4 monitors Samsung 400UXn, we built them into videowall 2 X 2, and we using Magicinfo Pro. when we publish a movie screen, one of them (monitor row 1 column 2) is always running movie a step behind the other (aproximately 1/10 seconds). please help me to solve my problem!

Sory, I also want to ask about Message Feature in Videowall, can it show as a videowall monitor (only top or bottom of videowall) not on each monitor. Many thanks

That shouldn't happen.... Try to change the order of the monitors and see how they re-act. You don't have do physically change the monitors, just do it through the software and see if you get the same re-action. Do you have the same client versions on the monitors?

last day I've try your sugestion but it doesn't work. do you have any other?
i also have check the magicinfo pro client version, it all same version.

does it any posibility there is a bug on magicinfo pro software? or the monitor it self?

I'll be surprised. I have a video wall of 1 x 3 and are all UXn. It works OK for me. I am not sure. Maybe you can call Samsung 01932 455214 this is the Digital Signage help line. They are very good. Also there is an e-mail address:
