Hi,
Anyone have the origonal or latest image for these displays?

400FPn-2
460FPn-2

I have these images installed.
M_LEOXPE04H_1010.1 = 400FPn-2
M_LEOXPE04_1009.2 = 460FPn-2

Firmware installed.

M-MG40MWWAF-3005.0 = 400FPn-2
M-MG46MWWAF-3004.0 = 460FPn-2


I looked on Samsung's LFD site in the download section, none of the images are available for my displays or I could not find them. I did fill out the "contact us" info and requested the os images, I have not heard back yet, however I thought I would also ask here too.

I also looked on this site too with no luck.

The site seems to have every OS image except for mine or atleast I could not find it.

Also am I the only one who thinks Samsung should just include the OS image on a DVD/CD or USB stick with the purchace of the display. Or at the very least publish ALL of the OS Images for its customers? (I know they post some images, just not all of them). Just seems like we could save Samsung support a few support calls with this info made easily avaliable.

The OS image you want is the same as the MXn-2. And the http://92.48.120.45 FTP site does have it.

I'm looking for the OS image for a 460MXn-2 too. The site http://92.48.120.45 seems to be offline and the ftp server does not accept anynomous login.
Does someone know where I can find the original image?

I have send an e-mail to the address, but after 2 weeks still no reply from samsung. Is there another site where a can download the original OS image for the 460MXn-2? I would like to fix the problem as soon as posible.

To get access to all the software you need to be logged in as a business customer.

I agree with some previous posts. use http://samsung-fix.com to get access to support in Europe. Samsung support will provide the links. www.samsunglfd.com must be a business user otherwise you can't see much, or as someone else mentioned send an e-mail message to [email protected]

The 92.48.120.45 ftp does no longer exist. This was a reseller in the UK managing this, but it is no longer there.
