Hiya Need some help here!

ive setup a schedule which published ot all other tvs without any problems
one tv however will not allow me to publish to it Magicinfo just shows publishing....... for ages and does not change.
I can still control the tv power on off etc but not publish any ideas
the files im publishing to it are avi files and ppts which work on all other tvs without any issues.

Hi

you could try deleting the previously publish information on the D: drive of the client using VNC-this is where the files are published to from the server-by doing this you may be able to republish your files successfully.

Hiya

Its allowing me to publish other screens now but not the one i need to send to it ive tried renaming the screen etc to see if that works but nothing screen size is only 450mb


any ideas.

Ok you give us very little information here. I assume that not all the screens are the same? Do you have codecs and viewers installed?

If you can give us details of the screen model (and the others that do work), then perhaps we can see if we can help....
