Connection issue over WAN

Hello

Can anyone offer some advice please

We have a separate site with 2 magicinfo screens setup the software has been installed onto these however they are still not showing up on the server.

we are able to connect to the screens via RDC and VNC however cannot get the scheduler to identify them at the site.
their is no firewall issue and we operate via a WAN.

Hi

check the ports list here http://www.signagehelp.com/magic/index.php/topic,427.0.html it could be that magicinfo pro connection is being blocked somewhere.
