Hi,

I've read through some posts but didn't get a definitive answer.  We have a SBB box connected to Samsung TV, we can program the TV to automatically switch off and on at certain times.  Is it possible to do the same to the SBB via MagicInfo?  For exmaple, switch off after 8pm and then turn back on at 6am?

The SBB will only be able to communicate with a professional screen, not a TV. Samsung use the HDMI connection to use controls on the screens, but not TV products.

This is your problem and there isn't a fix or solution.

I only use professional screens - I know that they TVs are cheaper, but I'd rather have a professional screen than a domestic one for my company!
