Hi,
   
We have 2 offices connected by a VPN link, from our main office I control 5 screens via connect using Server name.

In the remote office we have 1 screen which I can login to by RDC and VNC, the screen is on showing the MagicInfo Pro logo (Spinning World), the screen is set to connect by IP address which I have put the address of the PC in our main office.

I can ping screen to PC and Pc to screen, but the screen does not showup in MagicInfo Pro on my PC.

Any advice you be gratefully received.

their is a link among other posts here is the required port settings for Magicinfo I would suggest looking at that first

Thanks I will add the ports to our firewall in the morning and then test
