Screen disconnect \ Reconnect

Hello

Anyone ever get his issue and if so able to advise how it is resolved.
I have 14 screens connected on Magicinfo pro all of them initally worked perfectly no issues at all however in the past few days ive noticed that when looking over the screens they all disconnect then reconnect after a few seconds this is causing a problem when i try to schedule the screens.

Ive tried to VNC to the screen when the scheduler shows as disconnected and it connects without a problem  so no idea what the issue might be ive been advised there has been no changes to our network at all and two of the tv's that are on the WAN are now also starting to do the same.

Suggestions and help welcome.

you must restart all screen each week.

This is the issue of MIP player. Could be solved by upgrading MIP client to the latest version - 3101.0 for the moment.
