On off when i change source

HI!I have a big problem with magic info mounted on samsung tv. when I change source,windows is turned off and when i back on magic info, windows turned on. I can disable it and keep windows always on? thank

What is the screen model code and firmware version?
It could be related to firmware or if this is SIM-NT than BIOS.

There is not enough information here.

What hardware do you use? If you have a SBB-NT external box, then this must be attached to a Samsung screen - I am not sure if the Samsung TV can be regarded as a Samsung screen. To my knowledge, the TV Consumer department is different to Displays and Monitors.
