I recently setup 2 new screens and didn't have any issues with them until today. I got a call saying they weren't displaying anything. I logged into the MagicInfo Pro software and ran a publish which got the TVs running again.
In the diagnosis menu in the Remote Management window under the Brightness Sensor option, both of the TVs that weren't running have "error" listed there. I also found the error log which only listed that there was an error:
MagicInfo#21202::2011-04-13 11:35:52::Brightness Sensor::::Error
MagicInfo#-4131::2011-04-13 11:35:53::Brightness Sensor::::Error
How do I fix this and what could being causing the Brightness Sensor to report an error?
