"No Signal"

"No Signal"

One of our four screens simply displays "No signal" when on the MagicInfo source. We've tried cutting all power to the screen and restarting it, to no avail.

It's like the computer is failing to boot. Is there, perhaps, some way of performing a factory reset? Or any other ideas?

This is hardware issue. could be fixed by firmware upgrade or netboard replacement.
Contact your local Samsung call center, they will arrange h/w service.
