MagicInfo / Samsung SBB-B64DV4/ZB Black screen prompt - No bios - No boot

Hello, I bought a Samsung SBB-B64DV4/ZB off of Facebook Marketplace with the intent of turning it into a lightweight media server, The seller took off the original SSD and didn't tell me so I had to buy a different 128GB one, I tried booting it off of 3 different USB thumbsticks yet nothing, I also tried installing both Windows 10 and Windows 7 Embedded onto the MSata SSD itself with no luck, All the SBB does is show a black screen with a flashing prompt. Having a keyboard plugged in doesn't do anything else than show Numlock is on. I've already tried a lot of things and I'm on the border of pulling my hair off, Even tried to see if it's trying to PXE boot but it doesn't even try to handshake via ethernet. I went to the official Samsung center here in Buenos Aires that a support person told me to go to and they essentially told me to throw it in the trash and buy a new one. If anyone has suggerences please write. Thanks!

I have an update on the issue. The V9 21.1040.2. Server version and Samsung QM43B TVs are working fine together.

I'm wondering if it is there any solution for this problem? We are struggeling with the exact same problem. Our server version is:V9 21.1040.2.
We tried the firmware update on the Samsung QM43B TV model, which now running on 1140, and yet still not showing up on the unapproved device list.
At the same time we have some older models (PM43H), those are working just fine.

Bonjour,

Je tente mais en vain de connecter mon périphérique (QH55B) au serveur. la licence "Lite" est bien active, je suis passé en "Lite" sur la télévision. Le périphérique apparait bien dans ma liste "désapprouvé" mais quand je tente de l'approuver, je reçois un message me disant "la licence est requise".

Une idée de comment faire ?

I have 3 Tv setup as video wall. We tried to publish single video across 3TV as video wall. We used magicinfo server web author tool/function to setup videowall on 3 TV. However, 1st Tv is not sync with 2nd/3rd Tv when playing video ie lag by 1-2 secs.

Any idea?

MagicInfo-I Premium / S Player License Issue

Hello,

we had a Magicinfo Premium Server Version 4 running.
A new Server had been created and Magicinfo 8 was installed from scratch.
The old server was ramped down and the licenses were returned on the old server.

The license cannot be activated on the new V8 Server, (S Player license for 5 displays, bought in 2015)
The 5 Displays are only S2 devices.
In older posts I already learned that the license vendor needs to "update" the licenses to a supported newer version.
Our license vendor went out of business though.

What to do in this case? Is there a way to contact Samsung with that problem?

Magicinfo server cannot load login page for connection 7002 after setting up JKS SSL cert on server. Port It does not load even I tried to access from magicingo itself. Server running  magicinfo version 9. IT is running fine for connector port 7001.

Can anything help me?

Good morning:

I have already managed to solve it.

The Magic Info logs folder didn't take up much space.

Investigating the server where MagicInfo is located, it turns out that almost 40 Gb were occupied in temporary files (C:\Windows\temp) generated mostly by problems with the antivirus.

I have also discovered a folder in the path "Magic Info Premium\upload\pop\report" with files that appear to be simply logs but that occupy more than 13 GB. For now we have left it untouched because we have not had time to do a previous backup, but apparently we could delete them without problems.

Thanks for your reply.

All the "recicle bin" (content, playlist, scheduled and ruleset) are empty.

I will check the logs folder as you tell me, this Wednesday, which is when the admin server comes, to see if I can solve it.
