Problems Chenging Timeline MagicInfo Lite

hi all,

we use MagicInfo Lite Server V 2004.1 with 2 ME46C Screens. All is working fine, but when we want to chenge an existing timeline we get an error (Screenshot).
We have to delete the timeline and create new ones to chenging anything.

Can anybody help us?

I've reported this error to Samsung DSSC in the UK (April 2014), I believe that this should be fixed with the release of version 2005 (I've not tested it yet). However, the primary organization, the one created during install should work ok. Are you working with multiple Organizations and Groups?

WE work with 2 groups, One lfd in each Group.

where can i download the upgrade patch to V 2005 for Testing if this fix this error?

V2 Build 2005.x is not available yet!

Hi,

i called samsung support and they gave me some instruction to test, but nothing is working.

Did anyone have some other ideas?
