« on: January 02, 2015, 01:32:51 PM »
Hi,

I´ve got a problem. I´m trying to connect 2 Monitors from a different ip range to a premium Server but i dont see them in the unapproved list. (Monitors which are in the same ip range function)

Can anybody help me?!

If they are not on the same Ip range as the server you won't be able to find them on approved list since the server won't be able to see them. I've got a case where I could even ping between the server and the client but because they were not on the same range. after I moved them on the same range everything went normal.
I hope I understood right you may clarify if I'm worng. if the problem is solved sharing the solution with us is most welcome!

well you have to set the server IP in the player setting that the player is connecting himself to the server. then if routing is fine, it will work perfect.
MagciInfo can even work over NAT without any issue.
discovering is not working over different subnets.

Cheers,

If you are on a WAN, don't forget to open the needed firewall ports to ensure communication (7001 HTTP, 7002 SSL)
