please contact the SLM license. Error Code: 4345

Hi all,

I have tried to activate the licenses but encountered the below error message:
please contact the SLM license. Error Code: 4345

Was told by Samsung that it is firewall issue, however when I checked with the administrator, we cannot see any outgoing connection block by our firewall.
Saw another post, another user also encountered the same issue but there is no update or solution.
Would appreciate any advice.

Update:
Samsung post   *CENSORED*  support has came to my place and activate the licenses using offline mode.
It must be activate from the server directly.
Now the server is up and running.

MagicInfo Server Premium v3.1
Java 7 Update 51
PostgreSQL 9.4
Windows Server 2012 R2

Hello,
I had a similar problem with V.2005.2. It was surprising because my previous tests on a VM were ok ! So the trick was to copy the databases (the directory 'data' in program files). So if you have this issue you may firstly try with a VM, then copy it.

Sorry, little correction : copy only the "base" directory you can find in "data" of the Postgre directory.
By the way, I also obtained an offline activation key, so I found it safer to proceed that way.
