Can't find Device

Hi

We bought some Samsung DB40E in order to provide simple information about us in our offices entry.
The problem we are facing now is, that we can't reach the monitor via Magicinfo Express 2.
The monitor just doesn't show up when the IP is entered in the add signage TV option.
The error displayed says that the device is currently not available. However, it is possible to ping the device.

Does someone have a similar problem or may someone provide a solution to this ?

Some additional information:
The Device does not connect directly to the internet, we have a poxy server.
IT opened ports 7001 and 7002 for this device.
We do not intend to get the MagicInfo Server due to the fact, that we want to let the receptionist,
sitting next to the device, handle the content with his computer.

We found out what our problem was.

It seems that you can't find the Samsung devices, when they are on a different subnet.
Now the client running Magicinfo Express 2 and the Samsung device are on the same subnet and
everything works just fine.

So solved.
