can anyone help me with my problem. I have installed a Magic Info Server V3 with Samsung SBB-B64DI4 player.  my issue;
1. Server cant detect any SBB-B64DI4 connected in the same VLAN when adding devices
2. SBB Player can ping the Server but the Server cannot.

BTW I have a License

Hi Belgirt,

Try to find out if your network ports are all open for communication that MagicInfo server needs.

If the SBB can ping the server but the server, not the SBB I would try to search it on the server.
