New Content appears black on screens after updating to MagicInfo V8

Hello everyone,
 
I've been using MagicInfo Lite for a couple of years now.

A new resolution at my workplace asked us to receive emails detailing the screens status (to easily check if a screen is turned off, etc)
Since we could not set it up in the previous version (v4), they provided us with the newer one (V8). Since we updated the software in the sever, all the new content loaded to the screens appears as blackscreen, with no inscriptions whatsoever.
I've tried restarting the screens, the server, republishing the content. all with no luck.
I've attached pictures showing how the contents seem to be playing on the screens, but if you mark the "Screen Capture" checkbox the screens appear black.

I'm losing my mind over this, I'm just hoping I don't have to register every single screen all over again, cause they are all in different states, So I would have to resort to the users over there, and they are a bit tecnophobes.

I hope someone has, like a tip or trick to help me solve this.

Dear rgonzalez,

Can you please specify which V8 version you have?

You can find this back under your dashboard it should start with V20.-------

The first release of V8 had some bugs regarding older display types. For your information, the latest release is now V20.1010.7

Hello, thank you for the reply,
The version is 20.1000.14
maybe that's the reason?
Should I do a downgrade, or is there a way to get the latest?

Dear rgonzalez,

I would advise you to upgrade, perhaps you can acquire the last version the same way you have done with the current version. Via your local MagicINFO contact.
