video wall video not in sync

I have 3 Tv setup as video wall. We tried to publish single video across 3TV as video wall. We used magicinfo server web author tool/function to setup videowall on 3 TV. However, 1st Tv is not sync with 2nd/3rd Tv when playing video ie lag by 1-2 secs.

Any idea?

Hi ds_users99,

My advise would be to make your video file smaller with Handbrake for instance.
Next to that make sure you have IGMP snooping protocol enabled in your network, this ensures the data synchronisation.

or use sync playlist with 3 videos part
