New version - error with Remote Access

I upgraded to Server 2600.6 and client 3100.3.
After upgrading, I could not remote access to client.
I got error " Unable to connect to host: Connection Refused (10061)"
Please help.

That started happening with one of my screens, client ver 3100.1, while others are working just fine. Try reinstalling client.
